Warranty Guide
Eyeloria / Warranty Guide
Support for frames that should feel considered.
This guide explains how Eyeloria reviews warranty requests for sunglasses, optical glasses, blue light glasses, reading glasses, and everyday optical accessories purchased from our store.
Our warranty process is designed to understand the issue, review the frame condition, and guide you toward the right support path.
What warranty review is designed to cover.
Eyewear is handled daily, so every request is reviewed with context. The clearest requests include purchase details, photos, and a short description of what happened.
Manufacturing-related issues.
Potential concerns may include hinge irregularities, unexpected frame separation, lens mounting issues, or visible material flaws that appear under normal use.
Normal wear is reviewed differently.
Surface scratches, lens marks, bent temples, accidental drops, lost items, heat exposure, or damage from improper storage are not handled the same as production concerns.
Send clear photos and order details.
Include your order number, the frame style, close-up photos of the issue, and one full-frame photo so we can understand the condition and fit of the eyewear.
Before you contact us
Prepare the request so the review is clean from the first message.
A complete request helps us understand whether the concern is related to production, handling, fit, or everyday wear. Please keep the frame and any packaging details available while your request is being reviewed.
Care matters
Better daily handling helps protect your frame finish.
Warranty review works best when eyewear has been used and stored with care. A few simple habits help preserve lens clarity, hinge feel, and the refined shape of the frame.
